About me

Welcome, I’m Sana Vishkanta, a certified Wellness Consultant, breathwork facilitator, and yoga educator passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through simple, practical wellbeing tools.

My journey with breathwork began very early in life. The positive shift I experienced within myself, mentally, emotionally, and physically, inspired me to explore these practices more deeply and eventually share them with others. What started as a personal transformation naturally evolved into a purpose-led path of supporting people in their own wellbeing journeys.

For the past nine years, I have been facilitating wellness workshops and programs for people from all walks of life. From parliamentarians and corporate teams to schools, children, families, and community groups, it has been deeply fulfilling to share tools that help people feel more grounded, resilient, focused, and connected.

My work brings together breathwork, mindfulness, movement, yoga philosophy, and self-regulation practices in a way that feels accessible and relevant to everyday life. I believe wellbeing doesn’t need to be overwhelming or complicated, often, the most powerful shifts begin with something as simple as a conscious breath.

What drives me most is creating spaces where people feel safe to pause, reconnect, and grow. Whether I’m working with children learning emotional regulation, educators navigating stress, or organisations looking to support the wellbeing of their teams, my intention is always the same, to offer practical tools that create lasting impact.

Through every workshop, class, and conversation, my hope is to empower people with simple practices they can carry into their homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
