I started to journal my emotional health in relation to menstrual cycle and over a period of 8 months, I am able to make significant inferences on my physical, mental and emotional health. I was surprised that a simple practice of journaling could reveal mental patterns, confidence levels, physical strength, overall state of mind and so much more.
This is a very reflective process, allowing ourselves to connect with our body and mind.
